Hot artichoke dip  
     
  As seen in the Agnes and Muriel's Café Cookbook  

1   cup   mayonnaise  
1   cup   grated parmesan cheese ,   the cheap kind (the expensive kind won't work)
1   14-oz can   artichoke hearts ,   drained, rinsed, and chopped

Mix ingredients together and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and slightly browned.
